I will think about your question, but I guess I would nicely put the principal on the defensive. I would sweetly ask "What are your recommendations on highly effective alternatives to the real problems we have in this building?" Your principal, as the building leader, should be the resource of all the wisdom on the topic! Give an example of "What would you do with the party animals in the boys' restroom or the child who threatens to injure another?" If they don't have a good solution, then ask if they would consider Love and Logic! Buy them a tape from the L&L website to get them hooked!
