Hello. I have a few experiences to share with you on this subject. I don't have kids, but I'd taught for 4 years at a school where this has occured.
The kids of teachers at our school arrive early with their mom, stay late with their mom, bug the other teachers before and after school because they are there with nothing to do, and feel like they can "run to mom" when they are sad, etc. I've seen this 2-3 times & it has changed my mind about having my kids at the same school as myself when I have them.
Consider: daycare, after school homework issues, late & early meetings....
