Class Meetings
By Kelly

Clip to ScrapBook
I held a morning meeting every morning. I used the Morning Meeting Book and I highly recommend it. Our meeting took about 15 minutes. The students greet each other and I usually had a letter written to them that had a question for them to answer about math, science, or any other subject. There are also fun activities to do. I wanted to start each morning in a positive way. My students really looked forward to our meeting. I also did classroom meetings maybe once a week. Those were kept seperate and were usually at the end of the day. This is when we discuss problems and students are encouraged to discuss anything they are concerned about.
