Hi from Perth, Western Australia. I have 19 year 1/2 this year. 15 2's and 4 year 1 boys. The 1's are very talented and do nearly all the smae activities as the 2's so it is a dream run this year. In WA we have a limit of 24 for year 1-3. Sometimes it is the makeup of the class. I had 15 one year and the next 24 and the bigger class was much easier because of the children. Some of the 15 were very "hard" going. In a smaller class you can give more individual attention. Less time consuming doing things like individual tests, writing reports or organizing their portfolio.
