Hi! I'm not disciplined enough to go on a formal diet, but 4 weeks ago, in an attempt to get my blood sugar under control, I quit eating anything white...no bread, potatoes, rice, pasta, etc. Since I'm a Type 2 diabetic, I already avoid sugar. Well, my sugar levels are much better, I FEEL much better, and I've lost 15 pounds. I think I'll stick to this. Now that I'm not eating any of the grain carbs, etc., I've quit craving them.(And I am a RAGING carb-aholic!) I find that I can eat breakfast and sometimes forget to eat lunch. Now THERE'S something brand new for me. I wish you luck on whatever diet you choose! Lynne
