DOL

I have used DOL in my classroom for the past 4 years, and I think it is a useful tool. I agree that it doesn't transfer over to their writing, but nothing I seem to teach them ever does. I do notice that by doing DOL everyday they are learning the rules of grammar. They can tell me why they added a comma, or put quotations on the title of a magazine article. I'm just hoping it transfers over some day! I also use Daily Language Review with my morning routine. I like using this as well because there aren't too many problems, and it covers a wide variety of language questions.
