restate your weaknesses
By j

Clip to ScrapBook
Be careful with your weaknesses. While it is clear that you are being honest with yourself when you admit that you make assignments too long or that you sometimes don't allow enough time for lessons, it may come across as "poor planning" in the eyes of the interviewer. Keep your weakness comments more generic--say something like "sometimes I tend to overplan and then I become concerned when I can't fit it all in" or keep it a bit vague: "a weakness would be that I am unfamiliar with the curriculum at that grade level, but I am eager to learn." Make your weakness something that can be easily turned into a strength. It will leave a better impression in the interviewer's mind. Good luck!
