Just a thought...how about a tent with bugs or forest animals with the kids names on them...for a title...ummm "Look whose camping out" Or copy some camping or hiking kids pictures from a clip art book, and for a caption..."Look whose camping out in room...."

How about a tent for a reading area in your classroom? Instead of a calendar or reading corner, you could have a campfire area, and put a paper campfire on the wall.You could incorporate a unit on bugs or wild animals...things you would see when you went camping (assuming you didn't camp in a KOA! :O) Sorry these are kind of random, I'm writing off the top of my head, and my kids are drawing on my hands at the same time!
