I teach in a Title 1 school- so I guess that makes us Title 1 teachers!! ??? who knows! Agree with the above poster... also may want to show how you will work with the classroom teacher- if you are in a pull out situation- looks like a good opportunity to ask questions too. Who will you serve? Will you have your own class or a pull out situation) or will you go in teacher's classrooms to assist these students? Has this program ever been done at the school? If so- what did the admin. like about how the last person handled it and what would they like to see? You don't always have to know all the answers but the willingness to TRY and go above and beyond will make the difference!! Use your experience to your advantage! Best of luck!
