behavior plan ideas
By Mary

Clip to ScrapBook
Dear Jodi,
I have been taeching K and 1st Grade for 4 years and have had success with a behavior chart. I made it on lardge tag board and 5 color happy face cut-outs. (In my class, each table is designated with a different color-The happy face cooresponds with the color table). I used a bold marker to write the title:
"Super Behavior Makes Us Smile"
and drew lines down to form 5 long rows. I glued the happy faces at the bottom and laminated it. I use a dry erase maarker to give or take away happy faces throughout the day to the tables that are listening, sharing, being good helpers, etc. We count the graph at the end of the day to see which table did the best. All tables get rewarded but each differently. Hope it might help you!
