Congratulations on a baby!!! Only 6 weeks? I see it this way....What I would do (I have been on contract and also sub) is have the sub spend a day with you before school starts... You should have for her your year plans,
theme plans if you use themes, classroom management plan, and all necessary materials she will need. There is no need for you to do any of the daily things! You do not say if you will be there at all. Perhaps she could shadow you for a day???
What grade is this?? I am an elementary teacher. Give her a brief outline of what you would like see covered and the above. Don't (for heaven's sake)

do the daily thing- you are pregnant!!! By doing all that work also (see it from this point) the sub teacher basically is not really getting any fresh experience).
