Copies and Keys

In my school, we all have keys to our classroom. There is no central entrance, however there are gates that are shut and locked when the tardy bell rings. Rooms are to be unlocked unless your room is empty or we're having
a lockdown drill.
Copies -- We no longer have easy access to a copy machine. Starting this fall, we have to go inside the office and ask the secretary to make one copy for us. With that master we have write down how many copies, and put that page into a box. All copies are sent offsite. The box is picked up in the morning about an hour after school starts. The next morning our copies

will arrive (however, it is after school has started, and you don't have access to the copies till morning recess.)
