Recently, at a private school interview, because I did not have any science experience, I did not get the job. In Pennsylvania it is very hard right now. Also, make sure your principals are very good at writing a positive reference letter!! If they call them you want to know they will probably say what they also wrote for you. I have one principal in the past that did not like me because I was a man and I wanted to be a principal also. She refused to be my mentor. So, be careful in what you do and say.
