After awhile, I became familiar with certain names and clicked on those messages first. Cathy-Dee is great at clarifying procedures when someone has difficulties with a child/parent/teacher/admin. I have been in the business longer than her but I assumed she had been around longer (perhaps in administration)when I first came to the boards. She is level headed and has a unique way of writing advice that would satisfy all of the parties involved.

You will get a kick out of other posters for awhile and then they become somewhat annoying (who remembers "the saga of Jay"?).
