RAH Note
By KarolinBess

Clip to ScrapBook
I send home the Read-At-Home or RAH Note every Monday after we've introduced and read the story of the week at school.
Here's what a typical note would look like:

Title of Story from Reader (centered)
Read-At-Home
Note (centered)

Name:______________________________

My child, _____________, has read this week's story entitled "_________" pp...(page numbers) to me.

Vocabulary Words from the story listed next.

Parent Signature ______________________
Date:_____________________

THat's it. Most of my RAH notes are small enough that I can fit three to a page and run them off quickly...just

cut them apart and staple the note to the top of their Spelling List (we don't have a Spelling BOOK...just a list). I require that it be signed and returned to me by Thursday of that week in order to earn a ticket for the drawing OR two stamps on the Homework Bingo Card.

Hope that helps.

Good luck...

Karolin
