too many worries

First - relax. Most of what you learn as a teacher comes from being in the classroom. I had no idea about standardized tests before I started teaching - learned along the way. The double major/minor isn't important unless
you want to specialize such as art, music, spanish...
I never had time to volunteer either since I had to work to put my way through college - I explained that in interviews and no one ever cared about that.
As far as your Masters, just finish your under grad. first, get a job, and get your feet wet before worrying about that. I taught for 5 years before starting back.
Just
take a deep breath and take care of your business at hand. Other things will fall into place. When you have an interview lined up and you want some info. on testing - just surf the web a bit and you will gather enough info. to get you through an interview.
Good luck and take care.
