Clip to ScrapBook
I have a job for each child. It makes it much easier that way and then change weekly. What I found works well is using library pockets with the name of the job on the front. Then use laminated die cut bookmarks, made from
the teacher center, with the kids names on them. So when you put the bookmark in the pocket the name shows. Then each week the helper mover moves each persons bookmark one pocket over so everyone gets a chance at a job.
I have 2 librarians, line leaders, 3 door holders, plant person, pencil sharpener,(we share pencils from a cup to eliminate students sharpening during the day) trash,
chair checker, pledge starter, computers, energy saver, hand sanitizer (they give everyone sanitizer before lunch) floors, 2 lunch table washers, helper mover, shelf organizer, paper passer, paper sorter (they sort papers for friday folders) and 2 friday folder people (they staple papers from the week and distribute to students)

I don't know if I forgot any.
