Be prepared though! She may have a whole lot of issues she hasn't been willing to forgive or let go of. It could be she is insecure and you really are a better teacher. I see a lot of jealousy between teachers and that causes a lot of friction. Making her rude comments aloud though is really unprofessional and mean. You could just let things go on and fester (ick) or confront them. Take the high road though! You will be able to sleep so much better at night.
