ticket rewards
By kathy

Clip to ScrapBook
I probably shouldn't even think about this today. My mind isn't working today at all! But I am going to ask anyway. I need an explanation about this ticket thing. Let me see if this is right. If a child has stayed on
green for the day, they get a ticket that day. They write their name on it and put it in a jar. At the end of the week the teacher draws a ticket, or how many ticket she wants, and that person whose name is on the ticket gets the prize (whatever you have for that) Am I getting this right? But the thing is, if I am getting it right, then even if a student has been on green all week,
he might not get a prize if his ticket isn't drawn? Is that right? This is so simple I am sure but just can't get the hang on it. Would someone please explain it to me? I teach first grade and want to keep things as simple as possible.
