keys and copying

Our school is now locked during the day except for the front doors. However we all have keys and can come in after hours except when the alarm is set in the evening. And we can even have the alarm disingaged if we call
the alarm company with our pass card #.
We have one door at recess we have unlocked so the children can easily get inside to use the washroom or in cold weather stand inside the bootroom to warm up.
As far as photocopying - thankfully we do not have to worry too much. We each have a number to put in but we have no limits yet. We only have one copier though so if it is broken, or someone

else is on it we have to wait or we can go to our Central Administration office to make copies.
