Your concerns... By Connie
|
| about the lump. I am just going to tell you about what happened to me about 5 years ago. This happened after school was just out in June. I went to my doctor's office for my mammalgram. That afternoon my doctor called me and told me he set up an appt. for me at 5 p.m. that same afternoon. After my appointment with the specialist he told me that he set me up for a biopsy the next morning at the hospital. After the surgery, everything came out benign. I didn't know until then that the specialist was almost certain that it was going to be cancer. Of course all the rushing of appt. etc. did scare me but didn't have too much time to think about it. Just to let you know that hopefully this outcome will happen to you also. Good luck and don't worry about what the principal will say. Tell him that you have a doctor's appointment and then decide what to do after your biopsy. Let us know how things turn out. You will be in our thoughts and prayers.
