Word Wall
By BuzyBee

Clip to ScrapBook
My classroom is going to be decorated in a jungle theme, so I put a different letter of the alphabet on each leaf to put on the board. I am going to connect them with a little paper vine, but really they'll be stapled to
the board. I am going to use a colorful jungle fabric for the background, this way, staple holes won't be a problem as I change words.

Other Word Wallt theme ideas...

Fishing for Words: Put words on paper fish, maybe put a fish net in one corner, or a little fishing pole.

Word Harbor: Put the letters of the alphabet on lighthouses and add words below. Put the message: "Where

good readers and writers shine!"

Now Showing: 4th Grade Words!: Put a white background and put the words on little rectangles that have semi-circles cut out of each end to resemble a ticket. Cut silhouettes of theater seats for the bottom. Put silver stars with the letters of the alphabet on them.

Word Workout!: Put letters of the alphabet on baseballs, footballs (all paper of course) etc. Put a green grassy background.
