I won't give you any advise, just some things to think about & consider. Trying to carry 10-12 hours while having family responsiblities is going to be awfully hard. You may have to be more realistic & figure dropping to
part time of 2 classes (6 hrs). Better to think & plan for 6 hrs and be able to increase if possible, than to plan on carrying 10-12 & finding it hard to meet that schedule. I had a baby while in school & ended up having to take time off from school (several years) because he turned out to be a special child who needed a lot more attention and care. I had to readjust my priorities. Don't
forget the expence of having a child in daycare takes money away from tuition & books, so there may need to be an adjustment made because of that too. Going to school nights while daddy babysits works, but you don't get a lot of free time during the day home alone with the baby to do homework, research papers & diapers! And there I speak from experience!!!
If my daughter (who is in college working towards a teaching degree) asked my opinion, I would suggest waiting until after completion of the teacher certification process. Those little bundles of joy are known to sometimes come with little surprise packages of their own.
