feel for you!

Clip to ScrapBook
natalie, i feel the same way. i graduated college in 2001 and have had the hardest time finding a job. i did work in the school system for 2 years doing various maternity leave positions. but i never got hired for the reason
we have heard before - why pay me teacher money when i'll stick around as a sub, even though i'm a qualified teacher! i got fed up with being used and have accepted a job that is not in the teaching field but is still with the state edu. dept. i hate each and every moment of it. the job is so boring that i swear i'm losing brain cells by the second. but like you, i also need ot pay rent
and a large amount of college loans! but i also don't know if i want to go back into teaching. my current job has made me realize that i miss teaching, but i'm not sure if i do want to do it full tiem for the rest of my life. so i'm stuck as to what i want to do with my life. pretty disappointing overall. i'm only 24 and so i have what 41 more years to work? (but who's counting!) so i need to find something that i like to do or else i'm going to be miserable for many many years to come. good luck to all who are searching for jobs!
