The Jingles are great!!!

I teach fourth grade. This was my second year teaching. My first year, we were required to teach all of Shurley Grammar. I loved the jingles. We classified a group of sentences twice a week. On Mondays and Wednesdays. My first year, we gave the tests. My second year we didn't have to (we expanded our Open Court series). When you do the tests, it is best to do the top one day and the bottom the next day. There is a lot of information on the tests. My students had a hard time with them. Good luck. Your kids will love the jingles. Some of my students even led the jingles without the music. Have fun!!!
