Same school as children

Hi,
After reading your post I thought I would reply about having your own children learning in the same school you are teaching in. I have had two experiences with that same issue. I have three sons and taught at the same school as two of them a few years ago. I do not recommend it. I undertand how difficult it is to make early morning adjustments, but it is even more difficult to deal with personal and parental issues in your workplace. I am happily employed in a different district than where I live. I say keep your own childrens' schooling and parenting separate. Good Luck in whatever you decide.
