Morning Routine

I have a Morning Routine Poster with:

1. Choose my lunch
2. Unpack my bag
3. Sharpen 2 pencils
4. Grade homework
5. Start the Taskboard

They can usually get most of this done in 15 minutes and
I tell them they have to do it by themselves. They cannot come see me forst thing unless they have some kind of note dr., absentee, etc. Then the taskboard has about 9 item that relate to what we are studying. The first 3 are to be done everyday.

1. Write down assignments in agenda
2. Spelling Assignment
3. Lexicon Word of the day

They do the taskboard anytime

they are finished with all of their work. The other 6 tasks are more fun than the first three, usually they relate to something we are studying in a subject.
