I know, if I were you, I'd take it so I didn't have to sub! The demand of such a position as you've described tells you that many, many others would be willing to do it, whatever their personal situation, so I would keep that in mind also. I know about parent nites etc and at times it will be heavy-going, but I reckon it'll be worth it for you and your determination to teach on a consistent basis will look very good on paper in the future when you're applying for other jobs!! I didn't want this to sound like a lecture, so sorry if it does. I've just been where you are now. Good luck with your work and your decision!
