Pirate Book

I have read a book to my third graders about pirates. It is called " It was a Dark and Stormy Night" by Janet and Allen Ahlberg. The story is really quite funny and works well for ideas about story writing, as the boy in the story keeps coming up with different tales involving the pirates.
