I am a new teacher and at my edu banquet we had a really cool speaker come and talk to us. He did the Top 10 ways to make a principal your best friend...but you could change it to fit your purpose. I would love to know the Top 10 Most Beneficial things to do to have a great year or something like that. Who I need to talk to about certain things... Maybe this idea is dumb, but the speech I heard was awesome. He even had music when he came out like on Letterman's Top 10 list.
