I was on an interview team for a vice principal and for a fourth grade teacher. I assume you are hiring teachers and not administrators.
Some of the questions we asked the teachers were:
Why did you decide to become a teacher?
What is your teaching style?
How do you prefer to teach reading?
How do you prefer to teach writing?
Hope this gets you started.
