3rd. grade planning

I would try to get the 3rd. grade teacher's manuals they will help a lot. I don't know what state you are in but you should know your state standards. Naturally they won't be able to do as much as 5th graders; but I find 3rd. graders an easier group to work with. They usually still like school and you can have a lot of fun with them. Search this board for center ideas and good books to read aloud to them. Hope you enjoy this adventure as much as I do.
