using TV to display computer By Sari

I actually work with different school districts, and many of them use this type of system. You would need a scan converter to convert the signal from the computer screen to a TV screen. This technology has improved considerably| in recent years. The systems I have seen work very well. The drawbacks are that the colors are not quite the same on the TV screen, and you have to be careful about what fonts you use because some resolution is lost. This is unavoidable because televisions use a different type of projection than computer monitors. But for the most part it is effective. Just make sure you use | | a high-quality scan converter. Also make sure you have a relatively modern TV. I don't know a lot about it, but you're welcome to e-mail if you want. Please just put "ProTeacher" in the subject line so that I don't delete it as junk mail!As to your other question, I have no idea where one would find a used projector. Maybe other ProTeacher members can help you with that. Good luck.
