Clip to ScrapBook
almost any book by Roald Dahl (Matilda, Charlie & the Chocolate Factory, The Witches, The BFG, George's Marvelous Medicine, The Twits, etc.) would appeal to various audiences. Operation Dump the Chump is fine, but I much prefer Skinnybones and The Kid in the Red Jacket, by the same author (Barbara Park). Also, what about any on the Time Warp Trio books by Jon Scieszka? There's Knights of the Kitchen Table; The Good, the Bad and the Goofy; Summer Reading is Killing Me; Your Mother Was a Neanderthal; The Not so Jolly Roger; Tut Tut etc.
