With such a large class in store for you next year
( sorry to hear about this ), your attention will be divided into a million different directions. For the countless times that your kids will be needing and pressuring you to help them, post this simple rule: ASK THREE THEN ME. This will take off some of the pressure of repeating concepts, directions,... It does work with my 4th graders when used from DAY 1 and on, and it is very suitable when requiring students to work as a unit as I do daily.
