computer lesson plans

Clip to ScrapBook
I do not know of a predone program, but I do my plans on the computer. I find it a waste of time to write down times and subjects and events 180 times a year so I made a template in Microsoft Word(table) and I use that. It
was very easy to do, once you have your schedule. I personally print out blank templates (with all of the values filled in of course...times, events, etc.) and then write the specific activities in pencil. A friend of mine does the same but tpyes the events and then prints. I have two templates for each day, a side A and a side B. When I print them I print on both sides of the paper....I
print A and then refeed the paper so it will print on the other side. I then bind them on the book binding machine (my friend uses a 3 ring notebook). I found this year it was easier to clip them together to use for the week and then bind them on Friday when I was done. I personally think you will find making your own template better than a predone program because you can adjust it for you. This year I got smart and on the section where the special areas are I typed them all on a row and now I circle which one for the day.....our schedule rotates so we do not have the same special area on Monday for the year..etc.
I hope this is helpful
