B'ham

I live in B'ham. It really depends on what part of B'ham your moving to. There's lots of public schools in B'ham that I wouldn't send my kids to, then there are some that I would. Are you moving to Mountain Brook, Homewood, Vestavia, Hoover, Greystone area? All five of those have nice school system, high test scores, but if you move to the heart of B'ham then you should try private schooling. As far as the job market. I think it depends on what your looking for, everything has been slow lately.
