Card Pulling System
By WU

Clip to ScrapBook
One year I used different colored bears in pockets. Each day/week the students would begin the day/week with a green bear in their pocket. If a student done something he/she wasn't suppose to do the student pulled a bear
and went to the yellow bear in their pocket, which was a warning, then if the student had to pull the yellow bear the student would loose-example five minutes of playtime at recess-or whatever you have chosen for the consequence for losing that color bear. The last bear in the pocket was red-which meant a call home or a trip to the office(you may use the number of colored bears you would
like-I think I used 5 different colors that year).
I used this discipline technique with first graders and it seemed to work very well for me. Hope this helps you some.
