I have been so proud of my PE teacher- not what you would call techno-savy but inspired nonetheless... actually this year my whole district received a grant that gave each PE teacher a laptop computer and digital video camera. They are to tape lessons before and after specific skills are taught... don't really know more at this point. Our computer lab has helped with researching famous athletes- and she sets up her computer to have kids that can't participate in class to do web based research or write summaries on Sports Illustrated for Kids site, etc... We only get PE once a week for 50 min. so she understandably doesn't want to take active time away from the kids... I can let you know more as I find out!
