Kindergarten

I know how you feel. I taught kindergarten for several years and was asked to teach fifth grade. I thought that no other grade could be as fun and rewarding as kindergarten but I agreed to take the fifth grade class. The first year was a little difficult for me because children that age can sometimes have attitude problems. They kept me in fifth grade again for the next year and it was wonderful. Now I can't decide what grade I like best. They're both awesome! If life gives you lemons, make lemonade. Maybe after you've taught kindergarten for a little while you'll decide you love it but if not you don't need to be there forever. One school year goes by pretty fast. Good luck with your decision.
