good reading By sandyH

I definitely agree that there's nothing wrong with reading kids' books. I just bought 5 to read before I go back to school.
A few books you MUST MUST read: Holes, There's a Boy in the Girls' Bathroom (Sachar), The BFG (Dahl), Skinnybones (Park).
I got started reading the Junie B. Jones series last summer, even though they're mostly too easy for my 4th graders...I loved them. I found myself laughing out loud.
Right now I'm reading Tangerine...it's very different.
