Making ammends

I can't say that I totally understand what you are going through but here is a suggestion, peer mediation. I work at the high school level and we now have a credited class to train peer mediators for usage among the entire School District. We have sent them several times to the elementary level and have had great success.Check with your Administration and Faculty to see if this possibly exists in your area. Many times the students will get the problems out when there is not an adult present. The girls will all get a chance to speak their minds and will probably find out that they are not all so different.
