What a great goal!! I think it would be a good idea if you would learn a new word a day- just like we want our students to do. You could have your students join in with you and help each other out. Barron's has a book called "Hot words for the SAT I The 350 words you need to know." That might be a good starting place. You may also want to read any educator journals you can get your hands on. If you are close to a college their library would be a great place to go to find those.
