fired for candy

Clip to ScrapBook
Heeelllooo!!! Am I the only one here who sees something wrong with this? You are SELLING grades, woman! If you can't see that this is unethical behavior, maybe you have been teaching too long. So if one kid has $10 to blow on candy he can raise his grade from a B to an A? What about the kid who doesn't have $10 but who studies and only makes a B. He doesn't get an A too even though he demonstrates more knowledge and hard work? Doesn't anyone else see a problem with this? Or are we not supposed to point out each others foibles, only be "supportive"? Call me ctazy, but I agree with the administration on this one.
