Hi Jen - FYI, I *think* you can legally take your maternity leave starting at 36 weeks and still get coverage. Check on your disabilty coverage and district policy, then talk to your ob/byn - most docs are happy to get you papers saying you "need" to go!! Good luck and congrats on your new addition!
