    It sounds like it will certainly be a challenge, no matter what is done. Where are you teaching? I could not help but drool with envy over the words "an hour of planning time." We had 3 days a week this past year where we worked the ENTIRE day without one single break. We did our own recess and our own lunch, and there were no specials. It was brutal. I am sure it will be the same if not worse for next year.

    I am a little worried that you said sharing a room is a recipe for disaster. Do you have some past experiences you can relate to help me be prepared for what I am walking into?? I guess I have been in denial for several weeks thinking it will all be ok, but maybe I better face the reality of it all.

    Tell me what you mean when you said they will leave the teams to go to math. Is that when your students on your "team" will go to the other two teachers in a rotation?
