Is it a possiblity for your administrator to send you a copy of the manual? We used Open Court for about 4 years, but didn't see the results we see with Orton Gillingham. We still use a few pieces of the program technically. A good suggestion is to organize and alphabetize your cards really well. The letters go in ABC order and yoU teach the sounds as well. Clapping syllables is something you will do a lot of as well as word segmentation.
