Read Well By Leigh

The kindergarten version was purchased. We will begin "reading groups" in kindergarten before the end of the first quarter! Land of the Letter People will not be incorporated. "Read Well" is our staple reading program to stand on its own.

AEA representative says research reports that kindergartners that go through the kindergarten "Read Well" will check out of unit 20 when they enter first grade. Well, this impressed the first grade teachers - but I question the research or I question the AEA representatives reporting of that research claim! Does anyone have such information to validate such a claim?
