Let's see... this year I had a child draw a picture of a gun shooting children. Then he drew a picture of my house on fire. THe child did have severe emotional problems, hurt himself and others and frequently talked about
very strange things ie.. peeling off his skin. His pictures represented his thoughts.
This year strangers tried to grab two children off the sidewalk in front of our school. Two different children, two different times.
It is a dangerous world. I do not teach in the inner city - but a nice little suburb. The school I teach in keeps it's doors locked at all times. Child molesters

are not stupid. They look for children where they most often are - schools, malls, playgrounds.
