bad behavior

I too am in my first year. I feel as if my kindergartners have learned nothing about behaving. I know they've grown academically, but I cannot believe that they still call out, get out of their seats without permission, and totally disrespect each other. I feel as though I'm a big bad meanie because they get to me when they misbehave and I get angry at them. I want to love teaching but I'm feeling so inept, that it's hard to feel good about the job I'm doing. It's not even the majority of the class, but the few that misbehave truly spoil it for all. Any words of encouragement?
